"TRANSPARENCY OF MOVEMENT" INSTALLATION FOR PUBLIC SPACE
Synopsis:
The object being designed is a metal structure made of stainless steel pipes welded together, forming a hemisphere in its shape. The base is a reinforced concrete slab with embedded parts (I-beams) to which a channel lock is attached (for ease of installation without welding, bolted connection). As an option, next to the structure, it is proposed to place a round matte lamp built into the paving to create a bright light accent in order to mark the place of the photo zone and emphasize the dominant at night.
The transparency of the structure symbolizes the openness and visual barrierlessness of the public spaces, while the hemispherical shape creates a sense of shelter, security and safety. The dynamic silhouette reflects the movement of life. Polished stainless steel is associated with purity and technology. The cellular structure reveals the idea of "perfection in the complex", where the parts of the Art object add up to something more - a whole.
